You’ll be eligible for a $500 rebate on move-in as our way of saying thank you for your referral.

* Program not valid for admissions covered by PACE/Summit or respite/short-term stays. Limited to one redemption per resident. Must sign a residency agreement and move into the community by the end of the month for offer to apply.
